Get a question answered. Pick up a map. Leave a message for someone else in your group. At Guest Relations, cast members will help you with these needs and much more. Scroll down this page for a complete listing of the services. And be sure to stop by when you visit. It's located at City Hall.


Services available for Guests:

  • Multilingual Cast Members
  • Guidemaps in English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese
  • Personal Translation Units are available to translate the attraction narrations into French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. A $100US deposit is required but will be refunded when you return the device.

Park Amenities and Services

Baby Changing/Nursing:

Next to The Crystal Palace restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A. Hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas.

Baby Strollers :

Rentals available in limited quantities at the Stroller Shop just inside the park entrance.

Banking:

Bank machines, or automated teller machines (ATMs), provided by Bank One are available during Park hours.

Camera Center:

Conveniently located on Main Street, U.S.A. For two-hour processing, drop your film where you see the PHOTO EXPRESS sign. Pick up prints at the Camera Center. See the Guidemap for locations.

Credit Cards:

Visa® is the proud sponsor of the Walt Disney World Resort. Traveller's cheques, cash, Japanese Credit Bureau (JCB), Diners Club®, Discover® Card, MasterCard®, American Express®, and the Disney Credit Card are also accepted.

Dress:

Proper dress is required. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.

First Aid:

Next to The Crystal Palace restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.

Lockers:

Located at Transportation and Ticket Center and Main Street Railroad Station.

Package Pick-Up/Delivery:

For your convenience, Package Pickup on Main Street, U.S.A., is located at Station Break underneath the Main Street Train Station. Purchases delivered here may be picked up as you exit the Park. Purchases can also be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or shipped via UPS or FedEx®.

Personal Translation Units (PTU):

Now you don't just see the magic, but you can hear it in your language too! One of the most exciting enhancements for international Guests is the new wireless technology being implemented into select attractions. Available at Guest Relations, these headphone devices provide narration in French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish at the following attractions:

  • The ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter
  • The Hall of Presidents
  • Tomorrowland Transit Authority
  • Walt Disney World Railroad
  • A $100 US refundable security deposit is required. The devices are also available at Epcot and the Disney-MGM Studios.

    Wheelchairs:

    Limited quantities available for rent for Guests with disabilities at the Stroller Shop inside the Park entrance. Also, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at City Hall.
